30-day returns

Try LitePlug for 30 days. If you don't love it, send it back for a full refund — no restocking fee. The lighter needs to come back in usable condition. Customer pays return shipping unless the lighter arrived damaged or defective.

12-month warranty

Every LitePlug is covered for 12 months from purchase against manufacturing defects (battery failure, arc failure, etc.). If yours stops working, email support@liteplug.store with your order number and we'll send a replacement.

Not covered

Damage from drops, water, fire, or use as anything other than a lighter.
