Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or shipping restrictions). If we cancel an order after payment, you'll be refunded in full.
Product use
LitePlug products are sold for personal, lawful use only. Misuse — including modification of the device, use on or by minors, or use in violation of local fire or safety laws — voids the warranty and is not the responsibility of LitePlug.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (logos, copy, photography, product designs) is owned by LitePlug and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
LitePlug's liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
